- DELIVERIES 4 WEEKS most pouffes are made to order as they are an artisan item.
- LAST ORDERS 15TH DEC 2023 FOR JANUARY 24 DELIVERY UNLESS IN STOCK

- TUFFET.Co.Uk take very great care to ensure that everything is as you ordered. Please get in touch ASAP if anything is not as expected. Contact Deborah at SitPretty@Tuffet.co.uk with details.
- POUFFES are boxed and well protected. Delivery is by Parcel Force or other courier who send e-mail notification on the day of delivery. We also contact you beforehand to get the best day for delivery. Boxes are 45 x 45 x 45cm x 5kg.
- SIGNED FOR it is better the Tuffets are signed for by the person or named receiver.
- CARE: 'Spot clean' only. Protect before use if that will help against cats/dogs/kids & general daily use. If you choose a pale fabric ... Most people with kids go for a grey option!
- BESPOKE available | Ask us as your heirloom or favourite designer piece may be suitable. From £175 plus fabric costs + delivery.
